Walker College faculty among top 100 human resource management researchers

According to the authors of a new study forthcoming in Academy of Management Learning and Education, Appalachian State University Professor of Management Peter Villanova is among the top 100 most influential authors of Human Resource Management (HRM) research.

The article, A pluralist conceptualization of scholarly impact in management education: Students as stakeholders,  was composed by Aguinis, H., Ramani, R. S., Alabduljader, N., Bailey, J. R., & Lee, J.

"This is an incredible recognition of Dr. Villanova's important contributions to the field," said Heather Dixon-Fowler, Chair of the Department of Management in Appalachian's Walker College of Business. "He is in the top 1 percent of approximately 10,000 ranked HRM researchers."
